Development of the Dutch 3E Framework

Researchers, educational institutions and the EdTech sector are working together to make better use of evidence in educational technology. This will make the use of EdTech accessible, feasible and sustainable.
The 3E Framework emphasises continuous learning and improvement, rather than static, one-off testing. The aim is not to make evaluation mandatory for all tools, but to promote a culture in which evidence-informed choices are embedded in all EdTech-related processes. This will ultimately lead to better and more future-proof integration of educational technology.
